Top 8 LinkedIn ads agencies for B2B SaaS in 2026

Leonardo Pizarro · 20 September 2026 · 19 min read
Open in Claude Open in ChatGPT

A quarter of agency relationships end inside a year. Promethean Research asked 165 agency leaders in July 2026 how long a typical client stays, and 24% said less than twelve months.

LinkedIn makes that worse than most channels. Clicks cost several pounds each, and a B2B account produces only a few dozen conversions a month. LinkedIn's defaults then spend the budget where your buyers are not. Picking the wrong partner costs a quarter before anyone can see it.

This guide compares eight LinkedIn ads agencies for B2B SaaS teams from Seed to Series C. It covers LinkedIn-only specialists, multi-channel teams that treat LinkedIn as the main channel, and the upper bracket for companies past Series B. Every fee was checked in September 2026, and the entries say plainly where a claim could not be verified.

What does a LinkedIn ads agency do?

A LinkedIn ads agency runs the campaigns, the audiences, the creative and the bids inside Campaign Manager, and connects the conversions to your CRM. The good ones also own what happens between the click and the sales call.

That boundary matters, because three adjacent categories sell themselves with the same words. LinkedIn lead generation shops such as Cleverly bundle ads with cold email and outsourced sales development, which puts them in the outreach category. Full-service B2B agencies run LinkedIn as one line inside SEO, content and PR retainers. Fractional CMOs sell direction and leave the campaign build to whoever you have.

The work itself is narrower than most sites suggest.

  • Campaign and ad set structure by funnel stage.
  • Audiences built from job titles and matched account lists.
  • Creative that reads at feed size, about 550 pixels wide for a square ad.
  • Lead gen forms wired to the CRM, with the fields prefilled.
  • Manual bidding, because LinkedIn's automated bidding spends fast at B2B volumes.

For the settings that decide whether campaigns convert, read our LinkedIn ads checklist. For the format that produces our cheapest leads, read our guide to LinkedIn document ads.

How we compared these agencies

We compared the eight on five points.

  1. LinkedIn advertising is a core service, run by the agency's own team, and named on its own site.
  2. The agency names B2B SaaS on its own site, and does not bury it among twenty industries.
  3. The agency publishes a fee, a fee model or an ad-spend floor. Where it publishes nothing, the entry says so and quotes the third-party source.
  4. The commercial terms are public: contract length, setup fees, and whether media spend sits inside the fee.
  5. The agency is active, with a current site and dated posts or case studies from 2026.

We checked every fee, minimum and claim on each agency's own site in September 2026. Where a figure exists only on Clutch or in a directory, the entry says that.

Four names that come up in this search did not qualify. Cleverly's case study library carries 154 LinkedIn lead generation entries and none for LinkedIn ads. The Loop Marketing publishes no LinkedIn ads service at all. Single Grain and NoGood run LinkedIn inside multi-channel retainers, and neither publishes a LinkedIn ads result with numbers.

We check every fee and claim every three months. To report an error, email hello@tojupiter.com with a link to the source.

VerticalsCybersecurity, martech, fintech, AI and HR tech

ToJupiter is a London demand generation agency for B2B SaaS companies from Seed to Series C. LinkedIn is the channel most clients hire it for first.

A two column comparison of a typical agency retainer against an embedded team, on scope, speed to value, who runs the account week to week, work outside the ad account, commitment and what gets reported
The left column is the shape of a common agency retainer, not any agency on this list. Scope and speed are where the embedded model separates.

How the LinkedIn work runs. Manual bidding, with a cap below LinkedIn's suggestion. Audience Network and Audience Expansion are switched off. Ad rotation stays even for the first week, so the platform cannot crown a winner on a handful of clicks.

Document ads carry the top of the funnel, and lead gen forms run four prefilled fields into a HubSpot workflow.

What the numbers look like. Cost per lead landed between $75 and $588 on ten of 13 accounts. That covers $588,300 of LinkedIn spend in the 12 months to 19 September 2026. On the eight accounts running a gated content offer in the last 90 days, the range was $57 to $465.

Two low-volume accounts sat above $1,900, which is what a demo-only offer to a cold audience costs.

What it will not publish. No cost per opportunity. LinkedIn's own conversion record counts people who saw an ad without clicking. The platform's figure runs ahead of the CRM, and a number that flattering is not one to hand a buyer.

On CRM wiring. HubSpot lifecycle stages feed back into LinkedIn on five of the accounts. The platform learns which leads became qualified, and bids for more people like them.

The same team runs demand generation end to end. Paid media is the usual starting point. Webinars, executive dinners, ABM programmes and lifecycle email run under the full programme, with the same operators on all of it.

What it does well.

  • Scope inside one fee: the landing page, the HubSpot workflow, the follow-up email and the sales handoff, with no new statement of work.
  • Senior operators do the weekly work, and both founders stay on client calls.
  • Published prices in pounds, with a three-month minimum, so there is no six or twelve-month lock-in.
  • Publishes its LinkedIn method in full, including the settings and the bid rules.

What to weigh.

  • No PR, no standalone SEO retainer and no outsourced sales development.
  • Three-month minimum.
  • LinkedIn sits inside a wider demand programme, so a team that wants a single channel managed in isolation is better served elsewhere on this list.

Best for a Seed to Series C SaaS team that needs the work after the click done as well as the campaigns.

2. B2Linked

https://b2linked.com

At a glanceB2Linked
HQLehi, Utah
Best forTeams that want the deepest LinkedIn-only bench, at any spend level
ModelLinkedIn only, since 2014. Three-month contract
Typical monthly fee$3,000 a month under $15,000 of spend, then 20% down to 6% of spend, plus $1,000 setup
ScopeLinkedIn campaign management, audits, consulting and courses

B2Linked has run LinkedIn ads and nothing else since 2014, and its founder AJ Wilcox is the most published voice in the channel. LinkedIn's own partner directory carries its line that no other company represents more experience or spend on the platform.

The fee model is the thing to read closely. Under $15,000 a month of ad spend you pay a flat $3,000. Above that the fee becomes a percentage of spend, from 20% down to 6% as budgets grow. The invoice rises with the media plan.

The rest of the menu is LinkedIn-adjacent. A $2,000 audit and a $279 a month community. Consulting with the founder runs $450 an hour, and thought leader ads carry their own monthly fee.

What it does well.

  • The longest single-channel track record on this list, with published client results including a 66% cost-per-lead reduction and a 52% pipeline increase.
  • A published fee table, which most of this category still avoids.
  • Deep public education, including four courses and a long-running podcast.

What to weigh.

  • The percentage-of-spend model above $15,000 ties the fee to your media plan.
  • Nothing outside LinkedIn, so the landing page, CRM and follow-up stay with you.
  • The homepage claims twelve team members while the team page lists three.

Best for a team with an established LinkedIn programme that wants channel depth and nothing else.

3. Impactable

https://impactable.com

At a glanceImpactable
HQSan Antonio, Texas
Best forMulti-channel programmes where LinkedIn leads and other channels follow
ModelRetainer priced by channel count and ad spend. 90-day horizon
Typical monthly fee$3,000 for one channel, $4,500 for two, $6,000 to $12,000 for multi-channel, plus $1,500 setup
ScopeLinkedIn, Google, Meta, programmatic, thought leadership and outreach

Impactable started in 2020 and describes itself as LinkedIn centred and signal fuelled, with 70 or more people and 250 active clients. Its pricing page is the clearest tiering in this category, stepping from one channel to multi-account, multi-geography programmes.

It publishes the strongest measurement position here. The site claims certification as a LinkedIn Conversions API implementation partner. It sells CRM-synced reporting on top of that, covering setup, data mapping and ongoing measurement.

Treat that certification as a claim. We could not corroborate it in LinkedIn's own partner listings. The named Signals partners there are software companies.

What it does well.

  • Published tiers with a stated setup fee and no long contract.
  • A named position on conversion data, which almost nobody else in this list offers.
  • Scale to run several accounts and regions at once.

What to weigh.

  • The CAPI certification is self-asserted and not listed by LinkedIn.
  • Case studies carry no dates, and the strongest one is hosted off-site.
  • 250 active clients against 70 staff means your account is one of many.

Best for a team that wants LinkedIn plus other paid channels under one retainer, with conversion plumbing included.

4. Hey Digital

https://www.heydigital.co

At a glanceHey Digital
HQTallinn, Estonia, with a remote team
Best forSeries A to C SaaS with $10,000 a month or more of ad spend
ModelRetainer. Contract length not published
Typical monthly feeNot published. Clutch lists a $5,000 minimum
ScopePaid media across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube and Reddit, ad creative and landing page design

Hey Digital has worked only with B2B SaaS since 2018. It says it has served more than 200 of them, with a remote team of 45. Its LinkedIn page names Fibbler and Factors as the tools connecting LinkedIn data to CRM pipeline. That is the most specific measurement disclosure of any agency here.

Creative is the real product. Ad design and landing pages sit alongside the media buying. That suits teams whose ads look like everyone else's.

The floor is an ad budget. The site recommends at least $10,000 a month in spend. No retainer is published, so the cost appears only on a call.

What it does well.

  • B2B SaaS only, with a client list that names Toggl, Hotjar, Lokalise and PostHog.
  • Publishes the attribution stack by name, down to the tools.
  • Creative and landing pages in the same team as the media buying.

What to weigh.

  • No published fee or contract length.
  • Results pages carry no dates.
  • The $10,000 ad spend recommendation puts it out of reach for a first LinkedIn test.

Best for a funded SaaS team with budget in place that wants creative and media from the same people.

5. Speedwork Social

https://speedworksocial.com

At a glanceSpeedwork Social
HQAustin, Texas
Best forTeams that want LinkedIn only, month to month
ModelLinkedIn only. Month-to-month engagements
Typical monthly feeFrom $2,500, $5,000 or $10,000 by tier
ScopeLinkedIn campaign management, audience and creative testing, reporting against pipeline goals

Speedwork is a LinkedIn-only agency in Austin that claims $100M of managed spend and 500 B2B companies served. Its pricing page publishes three tiers and sets the lowest entry point of the specialists here.

The commercial terms are the pitch. No percentage of spend and no long-term contract. The service page also promises senior experts on the account.

It recommends a $5,000 monthly ad budget at the entry tier, which is half what the Estonian and enterprise options expect.

What it does well.

  • Published tiers starting at $2,500, with month-to-month terms.
  • Named clients including Outreach, Chief and Exit Five.
  • Quarterly roadmaps reviewed against pipeline goals.

What to weigh.

  • LinkedIn only, so everything after the click stays with your team.
  • Client results are testimonial-led and undated.
  • No published position on CRM integration or offline conversions.

Best for a team testing LinkedIn seriously for the first time that wants to leave without notice.

https://www.poweredbysearch.com

At a glancePowered by Search
HQRemote-first, with consultants in eight or more countries
Best forB2B SaaS with a marketing or RevOps leader in place and $15,000 a month for growth
ModelSenior pods with no account managers. Flat fee, and the ad platforms bill you directly
Typical monthly fee$5,000, $12,000 or $18,000 by tier, with 20% off quarterly billing
ScopePaid media, SEO and GEO, content, digital PR, ABM, web design and fractional RevOps, priced as separate levers

Powered by Search has worked with B2B software and technology companies since 2009. Paid media, SEO and fractional RevOps are priced as three separate levers, and LinkedIn runs inside the paid media one.

The pricing page is the most detailed on this list. Tiers start at $5,000 for a single channel. $12,000 buys two or three channels with a strategist and two specialists, and $18,000 buys a five or six person team with ABM.

The fee model is flat. No percentage of ad spend, no performance fees, and the ad platforms bill you directly.

LinkedIn proof is published and named. A PointClickCare case study reports more than 2,000 leads from LinkedIn ads. Loopio's digital marketing manager is quoted on 20% to 40% growth a quarter from LinkedIn.

What it does well.

  • Three published paid media tiers, with 20% off for quarterly billing.
  • A $2,500 strategy hour or a $14,900 audit as a way in, credited to the first retainer within 30 days.
  • Senior consultants work with clients directly, with no account manager in between.
  • Paid, organic, content and RevOps from one supplier, each priced on its own.

What to weigh.

  • The paid ads page asks for $7,500 a month for at least a year, the longest commitment on this list.
  • Full funnel coverage means stacking three retainers, so the real price sits above the paid media tier.
  • The published fit statement expects a VP or Director in place, so a one or two person marketing team is out of scope.

Best for a funded SaaS company with a marketing leader in place that wants paid, organic and RevOps from one supplier.

7. Gripped

https://gripped.io

At a glanceGripped
HQLondon, UK
Best forB2B SaaS past £2m ARR that wants paid and organic in one place
ModelRetainer. Media budgets excluded
Typical monthly fee£3,500, £7,500 or £15,000
ScopePaid media, SEO and GEO, content, websites and landing pages

Gripped has worked with more than 160 SaaS, AI and technology companies since 2017. It is one of the few UK agencies publishing prices in pounds. Its three tiers run from advisory support to a full programme.

Paid and organic sit in the same retainer, which suits a team that would otherwise brief two suppliers and referee the overlap.

The fee excludes media. Paid media budgets sit outside the monthly retainer. Typical ad budgets run from £5,000 to £150,000 a month.

What it does well.

  • Published GBP pricing with a clear statement that media sits outside the fee.
  • Paid, SEO, content and web under one roof.
  • A named client result of £1.3m of new pipeline in a quarter.

What to weigh.

  • LinkedIn is one channel inside a broad service.
  • The £1.3m figure covers paid search and social together and carries no date.
  • No published position on offline conversions or CRM wiring.

Best for a SaaS company past £2m ARR that wants one supplier for demand across paid and organic.

8. Refine Labs

https://www.refinelabs.com

At a glanceRefine Labs
HQBoston, Massachusetts
Best forSeries B and beyond with budget to match
ModelRetainer. Six-month minimum
Typical monthly fee$14,000 paid media, $26,000 full service, $5,000 creative only
ScopePaid media across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta, CTV and OOH, plus creative and a paid assessment

Refine Labs is the best-known name in this category and sits at the top of the price range. The site states plainly that it works with B2B SaaS companies at Series B and beyond.

Measurement rests on self-reported attribution. The "how did you hear about us" field is read against the CRM. The founder popularised the method, and the agency still publishes it as its framework.

Ownership changed in July 2025, when Megan Bowen became majority owner and Chris Walker stepped away. The agency still runs paid media itself.

What it does well.

  • Published prices and minimums at every tier, including a creative-only option.
  • Channel range that goes past digital into connected TV and out of home.
  • Named results including a 64% win-rate increase and 588% qualified pipeline growth over three years.

What to weigh.

  • The entry point is $14,000 a month on a six-month minimum.
  • Series B and beyond, so earlier-stage teams are out of scope.
  • The attribution method depends on buyers filling in a form field honestly.

Best for a Series B or later SaaS company with a seven-figure marketing budget.

How to choose the right LinkedIn ads agency

  1. Ask who does the weekly work, by name. Founders and senior strategists run the pitch across this category. Someone else often runs the account. Ask which person builds the campaigns, and meet them before you sign.
  2. Read the fee model, not the fee. A percentage of ad spend rises as your media plan grows, whatever the workload. A flat retainer does not. Check whether media sits inside the fee, and whether setup is extra.
  3. Ask what happens after the click. The landing page and the CRM workflow decide whether a click becomes pipeline. So do the follow-up email and the sales handoff. If those sit outside the scope, price the person who will do them.
  4. Ask how conversions get back into LinkedIn. A lead gen form fill is not a qualified lead. Ask whether CRM lifecycle stages feed back as conversion actions. Then ask on how many of their accounts that runs today, and what it took to set up.
  5. Check the commitment against your runway. Minimums on this list run from month to month to six months. A three-month term is long enough to prove a channel and short enough to leave.
  6. Ask for an anonymised range across their accounts. One 66% improvement says nothing about the median. Ask what cost per lead looks like across their accounts in your ACV range, and what the worst one looks like.

What we could not verify

  • Impactable's LinkedIn Conversions API certification. The claim appears on its own site and in a post dated 18 May 2026. We could not find it in LinkedIn's partner listings, where the named Signals partners are software companies.
  • B2Linked's team size. The homepage says twelve team members, and the team page lists three. Its named clients in third-party write-ups, including HubSpot and Cisco, do not appear on its own case study pages.
  • Powered by Search's client count changes from page to page. The homepage claims 200 or more B2B companies, the pricing page 150 or more, and the paid ads page over 70 for paid media. The homepage also guarantees 30% more sales-ready opportunities in 90 days, with no terms published anywhere on the site.
  • Hey Digital's fee. Nothing is published. The $5,000 figure comes from Clutch, not from the agency.
  • Every case study on this list is undated. Not one of the eight publishes the period its result covers. A 2022 outcome and a 2026 outcome read identically.
  • Team sizes generally. Only Hey Digital, Impactable and B2Linked publish a headcount, and B2Linked's two figures disagree. Powered by Search publishes neither a headcount nor a head office.

Final thoughts

The right choice depends on what you want done and how much of it you want to own. A LinkedIn-only specialist is the sharpest option when you already have a marketer who can build the pages, wire the CRM and write the follow-up. When that person does not exist, a specialist hands back a channel that works inside an account and a funnel that leaks everywhere else.

ToJupiter is a strong option for Seed to Series C SaaS teams. The work after the click is done by the same people who run the ads, at a published price with a three-month minimum.

For the deepest LinkedIn-only bench, B2Linked. For LinkedIn plus other paid channels under one retainer, Impactable. For creative-led paid media with a budget already in place, Hey Digital.

For a first serious LinkedIn test with no lock-in, Speedwork Social. For paid, organic and RevOps from one senior team, Powered by Search. For paid and organic from one supplier, Gripped. For Series B and beyond with the budget to match, Refine Labs.

FAQ

How much does a LinkedIn ads agency cost?
Published fees on this list run from $2,500 a month to $26,000, with most B2B SaaS teams paying $3,000 to $10,000 for a managed programme. Media spend usually sits outside the fee, and setup fees of $1,000 to $1,500 are common.
Which LinkedIn ads agency is best for B2B SaaS?
It depends on how much of the work you want to own. A LinkedIn-only specialist suits a team with a marketer who can build pages and wire the CRM, and a full-scope team suits one without.
Should I hire a LinkedIn-only agency or a full-service one?
Ask what happens to the click after it lands. LinkedIn-only agencies go deeper on the channel and stop at the ad account. Broader teams cover the landing page and the CRM, and may run LinkedIn as one line among many.
What is the minimum ad spend for LinkedIn ads?
Agencies on this list recommend between $5,000 and $10,000 a month. LinkedIn's own minimum is far lower, and the real floor is whatever buys enough impressions to reach your segment about three times a month.
Do LinkedIn ads agencies charge a percentage of ad spend?
One of the eight does above $15,000 a month of spend, starting at 20% and falling to 6%. The rest charge flat retainers, so the fee stays tied to the work.
How long should I commit to a LinkedIn ads agency?
Minimums here run from month to month to six months. Three months is the shortest sensible test, because the first month goes on audit, tracking and the campaign build.
Can a LinkedIn ads agency connect LinkedIn to my CRM?
Some can. Ask how many of their current accounts have CRM lifecycle stages feeding back into LinkedIn as conversion actions, because the honest answer is often none.
How long before LinkedIn ads produce pipeline?
Expect leads inside the first month and pipeline within a quarter, on a B2B sales cycle of 60 to 90 days. Judge the first month on whether tracking, audiences and offers are right.
