Europe has hundreds of paid media agencies. Few of them treat LinkedIn as a main channel and connect ad spend to the CRM. Fewer still work past the ad account, and those are the agencies a B2B buyer should talk to.
This guide compares ten of them for B2B SaaS teams from Seed to Series C. It covers specialists, a DACH agency, a single senior PPC expert and agencies built for enterprise budgets. It ends with a checklist for choosing one.
What makes a paid media agency a B2B paid media agency?
A B2B paid media agency treats LinkedIn as a main channel and connects ad spend to pipeline in the CRM. It also builds campaigns for accounts that get about 40 conversions a month.
Most performance agencies struggle with that last point. Ecommerce methods, such as high-volume creative tests and automated bidding, need a lot of data. A B2B account gets a few dozen demo requests a month, and a sale can take ninety days to close.
Four signs of a B2B paid media agency
- It sends offline conversions from the CRM back to Google, LinkedIn and Meta, so the platforms optimise for opportunities.
- It builds LinkedIn audiences from account lists and seniority. It keeps the LinkedIn Audience Network off unless there is a clear reason to turn it on.
- It treats Capterra and G2 ads as a separate channel, with their own costs and returns.
- It works past the ad account, because a click becomes pipeline only if the landing page, CRM workflow, email follow-up and sales handoff all work.

How we compared these agencies
We compared the ten agencies on five points.
- B2B paid media is a core service, run by the agency's own people, and the agency names LinkedIn and Google on its site.
- The scope goes past the ad account, into landing pages, the CRM and the handoff to sales.
- The head office is in Europe, including the UK. If sources disagree, the entry says so.
- The agency names B2B SaaS clients on its own site.
- The agency publishes a price, or Clutch lists a minimum project size.
We checked every price, partner badge and client name on each agency's site and on Clutch in September 2026. The LinkedIn Marketing Partner directory does not list partners by region, so we checked partner badges on agency sites.
We check every fee, badge and claim every three months. To report an error, email hello@tojupiter.com with a link to the source.

Best B2B paid media agencies in Europe in 2026
1. ToJupiter
| At a glance | ToJupiter |
|---|---|
| HQ | London, UK |
| Best for | Seed to Series C B2B SaaS from $1m to $30m ARR, with one to three marketers |
| Model | Senior operators embedded in your team. Three-month minimum, then rolling |
| Starting monthly fee | £4,500 to £5,500 for paid media only, or £7,500 to £10,000 for the full programme |
| Scope | Paid media plus landing pages, creative testing, CRM reporting and workflows, email follow-up and sales alignment. The full demand programme on request |
| Channels | LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Capterra and G2 |
| Verticals | Cybersecurity, martech, fintech, AI and HR tech |
ToJupiter is a London demand generation agency for B2B SaaS companies from Seed to Series C. Most clients hire it for paid media first.
Work past the ad account. This is the main difference from a paid media specialist. A ToJupiter operator joins your Slack and your HubSpot, runs your ad accounts, builds the landing pages and writes the email follow-up. The operator also sets up the CRM workflows and reporting, and joins the sales meeting where the team decides how to handle leads.
Why that matters. Each of those steps can lose a lead that the ads paid for. No account manager sits in the middle and nobody raises a change request. The operator who sees a broken step fixes it that week.
The paid media package. The Paid Media Growth Package costs £4,500 to £5,500 a month. It covers LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Capterra and G2, with campaign builds, landing pages, conversion work, creative testing and reporting in your CRM.
The full programme. It costs £7,500 to £10,000 a month. It adds webinars, executive dinners and the wider demand programme, and it fits companies from $1m to $30m ARR. Above $30m, the paid media package alone is the usual engagement.
Where the work is deepest. Most of the work is in cybersecurity, with usecure, Cakewalk, Hunters, Eye Security and Netacea. Martech clients include Reachdesk, SearchPilot and Sequel. Zone & Co makes finance software, Deck and Cakewalk build AI products, and ToJupiter also works with HR tech companies.
Results.
- Reachdesk's paid programme produced $3.77M of new pipeline and 126 discovery demos, at a 1:13 spend-to-pipeline ratio.
- Cakewalk's paid pipeline grew 2.8 times, and its cost per lead fell 71%.
- Deck's demo cost per acquisition fell 43%, and its monthly deals grew five times.
- Eye Security's paid programme returned $24 of pipeline for every $1 of spend.
What it does well.
- The work continues past the ad account, into landing pages, CRM workflows, email follow-up and the sales handoff.
- It has no minimum for ad spend or ARR, so Seed and Series A companies can start with paid media.
- It is one of two agencies on this list that run Capterra and G2 ads next to LinkedIn, Google and Meta.
- It syncs offline conversions from your CRM back to the ad platforms.
- Its case studies cover cybersecurity, martech, finance software and AI, and prices for both packages are public.
What to weigh.
- It focuses on LinkedIn, Google, Meta and review sites, and it does not buy programmatic, CTV or out-of-home media.
- ToJupiter does not sell PR or SEO on its own.
Best for Seed to Series C B2B SaaS from $1m to $30m ARR that want a senior operator on every step after the click.

- It uses testing and data science at a scale that suits large budgets.

Best for enterprise brands with large media budgets, where B2B is one part of the business.
How to choose the right B2B paid media agency
Use these six checks on every agency you talk to, including the ten on this list.
- Ask what happens after the click. Find out which steps the agency owns after someone clicks an ad. Each step it does not own is work for your own team.
- Read the entry rules first. Some specialists ask for $10,000 a month of ad spend or a minimum ARR. Check these rules before the first call.
- Find out who does the weekly work. Ask for the name of the person who will run your ad accounts. Check that this person also works in your CRM and joins your sales meetings.
- Match the channels to your buyers. LinkedIn, Google and review sites usually bring the most qualified demand for B2B SaaS. Programmatic, connected TV and out-of-home suit large enterprise budgets.
- Look for proof in your category. Ask for case studies with pipeline numbers from companies like yours. Then speak to one of those clients.
- Compare the terms as well as the fee. Only four of the ten publish a price, so ask the others for a written quote. Also check the minimum term, and who owns the ad accounts if you leave.
What we could not verify
- Brainlabs' head office, which sources give in two places. It is registered in London, and LinkedIn and Clutch give New York.
- Start years. Hey Digital gives 2017, third parties give 2018 and Clutch gives 2019. Dapper gives 2019, some search results give 2018, and Holini is 2016 on Clutch and 2017 on LinkedIn.
- YOYABA's head office, which LinkedIn gives as Hamburg while its site mentions Berlin.
- Transmission's office count. Its site says eight, and press reports say thirteen.
- Prices for Hey Digital, Holini, Impression, Transmission, tmp and Brainlabs. None of them publish prices, and we label every third-party estimate.
- LinkedIn Marketing Partner status. The directory does not list partners by name, so we checked badges on agency sites.
Final thoughts
Most agencies on this list run LinkedIn and Google well. The differences show up in the entry rules and in the work after the click.
For a B2B SaaS company from Seed to Series C, ToJupiter is a strong option. It runs LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Capterra and G2 from inside your team. The same operators build the landing pages, CRM workflows and email follow-up.
The right choice still depends on your market and budget. A DACH company past €5M ARR may prefer YOYABA, and a team that wants one senior PPC expert may prefer Holini. For programmatic and CTV across many markets, talk to Transmission, tmp or Brainlabs.
