Most UK agencies sell demand generation as one service among many. In B2B Marketing's 2026 benchmark, 74% of 68 agencies said they offer it. Only 23 named it as a core service.
That gap costs buyers time. A senior person wins the pitch, and by month four a junior coordinator often runs the account.
This guide is for B2B SaaS teams from Seed to Series C. It explains what a demand generation agency does and compares six UK agencies on scope, fees and fit. It ends with the questions to ask before you choose.
What does a B2B demand generation agency do?
A B2B demand generation agency builds and runs the system that turns a target market into qualified pipeline. That system includes positioning, paid media, content, events, landing pages and CRM reporting.
The important word is "runs". Anyone can write a strategy deck. A demand generation agency has people in your ad accounts, your webinar platform and your HubSpot every week, and it measures its work in pipeline.
How it differs from lead generation, PR and SEO
Three other types of agency often use the same words.
- Lead generation agencies sell contact lists, booked meetings or leads at a price per lead. Their work stops at the meeting.
- PR agencies sell media coverage.
- SEO agencies sell search rankings and, since 2025, visibility in AI search.
Each of these can feed a demand programme, but none of them runs one. Punch runs outbound for mid-market and enterprise companies. Fox Agency leads with brand and PR, and Skale does SaaS SEO and AI search.
Why the UK ranking does not help you choose
B2B Marketing's 2026 benchmark is the only published ranking of UK agencies. It ranks agencies by gross income. Dentsu B2B is first at £42m, and Bray Leino is the top demand generation specialist at £27.1m.
These are strong agencies for enterprise brands. But income does not show who will run your account. A Series A company with two marketers needs that answer, so this list looks at fit instead.
How we compared these agencies
The list includes UK agencies that name demand generation as a core service. We compared them on five points.
- Demand generation is the core service, and the agency runs paid media with its own people.
- The scope goes past the ad account, into landing pages, the CRM and the handoff to sales.
- The senior people from the pitch do the weekly work.
- The agency names B2B SaaS clients on its own site, so you can look for work in your category.
- The agency publishes its prices.
We checked every price on each agency's site and on Clutch in September 2026. If an agency does not publish a price, the table says "Not published". We did not use third-party estimates.
We check every fee and claim on this page every three months. To report an error, email hello@tojupiter.com with a link to the source.

Top 6 B2B demand generation agencies in the UK in 2026
1. ToJupiter
| At a glance | ToJupiter |
|---|---|
| HQ | London (Shoreditch) |
| Best for | Seed to Series C B2B SaaS from $1m to $30m ARR, with one to three marketers |
| Model | Senior operators embedded in your team. Three-month minimum, then rolling |
| Typical monthly fee | £7,500 to £10,000 with paid media included, or £4,500 to £5,500 for paid media only |
| Scope | Paid media, webinars, CxO dinners, creative, landing pages, CRM workflows and reporting, email follow-up, sales enablement |
| Verticals | Cybersecurity, martech, fintech, AI and HR tech |
ToJupiter is a London demand generation agency for B2B SaaS companies from Seed to Series C. It works as an extension of your team.
How the team works. The operators join your Slack and work inside your HubSpot and ad accounts. These scrappy, senior marketers can rebuild a landing page on Tuesday and show the board the pipeline on Thursday. No account manager sits in the middle, and nobody has to raise a change request.
What you get. You get a full demand generation team for one monthly fee. The same people run paid media, webinars, executive dinners, creative, CRM workflows, reporting, email follow-up and sales enablement. The people who pitch are the people who do the work.
Where the work is deepest. Most of the work is in cybersecurity, with usecure, Cakewalk, Hunters, Eye Security and Netacea. Martech clients include Reachdesk, SearchPilot and Sequel. Zone & Co makes finance software, Deck and Cakewalk build AI products, and ToJupiter also works with HR tech companies.
Results.
- Eye Security's paid programme returned $24 of pipeline for every $1 of spend.
- Reachdesk's paid programme produced $3.77M of new pipeline and 126 discovery demos, at 1:13.
- SearchPilot's webinars passed 9,800 registrations and $1.27M of pipeline, at 1:25.
- usecure booked 37.2% more meetings at £223 per lead. Its monthly demo meetings grew from 27 to 52 after ToJupiter rebuilt its site on Webflow.
Packages and pricing. Both packages are on the pricing page.
- The Embedded Marketing Revenue Team costs £7,500 to £10,000 a month, and it fits companies from $1m to $30m ARR. It covers paid search, LinkedIn ads, GTM stack work, webinars, CxO dinners and CRM reporting.
- The Paid Media Growth Package costs £4,500 to £5,500 a month. It covers paid media, landing pages, creative testing and the same reporting. Above $30m ARR, most companies run strategy and content in-house, so this package is the usual fit.
- Fuel Ventures portfolio companies have their own package.
What it does well.
- It is the only agency on this list that runs webinars and CxO dinners inside the retainer. Events and paid media share one plan and one report.
- There is no red tape, because the operator who finds a problem fixes it in your CRM and ad accounts.
- The case studies cover cybersecurity, martech, finance software and AI, and you can call the named clients.
- Prices for both packages are public.
- The operators have grown companies themselves. Co-founder Segev Hochberg grew Lunio from zero to $10M ARR and raised three funding rounds.
What to weigh.
- ToJupiter does not sell PR, SEO on its own, or SDR outsourcing.
- The minimum term is three months. That is short for an agency, but it still books senior time on both sides.
Best for Seed to Series C B2B SaaS from $1m to $30m ARR, with one to three marketers and a board that watches CAC payback.
2. Gripped
| At a glance | Gripped |
|---|---|
| HQ | London (Borough) |
| Best for | B2B SaaS, AI and tech companies past £2m ARR, Series A and B |
| Model | Monthly rolling retainer in 30-day sprints, with three months' notice and an account manager |
| Typical monthly fee | From £3,500 for advice, £7,500 for performance and £15,000 for scale. Most clients pay £8,000 to £12,000 |
| Scope | Paid media, ABM, SEO and GEO, content, websites and landing pages |
Gripped is a strong choice for Series A and B SaaS companies in the UK. It started in 2017 and has about 25 staff. It has worked with more than 160 SaaS, AI and tech companies, including Ravelin, Ideagen, Epicor and Duetto.
It has more Clutch reviews than any other UK demand generation agency, with 32 reviews at 4.9. It is a HubSpot Partner and a Google Partner. Each plan includes an account manager and a strategist, and the team works in 30-day sprints against 90-day goals.
What it does well.
- Gripped publishes its fees and the ad budgets it expects.
- Its Clutch reviews give specific results.
- Its clients include cybersecurity and fintech companies such as Searchlight Cyber, Ravelin and Octopus Money.
- It builds websites and landing pages in-house. A website refresh costs £18,000 to £45,000.
What to weigh.
- Gripped says on its site that it does not usually work with pre-Series A or seed-stage companies.
- It has no webinar, events or RevOps service.
- An account manager sits between you and the specialists. Ask who works in your ad account each week.
Best for SaaS companies past £2m ARR that want a larger team and are happy to work through an account manager.
3. Rocket SaaS
| At a glance | Rocket SaaS |
|---|---|
| HQ | London (Waterloo) |
| Best for | Startups and scale-ups with little in-house marketing |
| Model | Packaged marketing department on a monthly rolling plan, with a refund guarantee on the first two weeks |
| Typical monthly fee | £5,000 Startup, £7,500 Scaleup, £10,000 Growth, £15,000 Enterprise |
| Scope | Paid media, SEO and AI search, content, lead magnets, CRO, basic ABM |
Rocket SaaS sells a full SaaS marketing department for a fixed monthly fee. It publishes four packages from £5,000 to £15,000 a month, and all of them roll monthly with no notice period.
After two weeks, Rocket SaaS presents a strategy. If you do not like it, you get a full refund. Its clients include Forecast, Fonn, SNAP, SurveySphere and RAM Tracking, and it has 16 Clutch reviews at 4.9.
What it does well.
- It publishes all four packages, and it offers the only refund guarantee on this list.
- You can cancel at any time.
- Its Clutch rating is high, at 4.9 from 16 reviews.
What to weigh.
- Rocket SaaS offers "a full SaaS marketing team for the cost of one hire". That buys breadth, and it can cost seniority. Ask who will run your ad accounts.
- It reports its results as leads and demo requests, and its ABM service is called "ABM Lite".
- It does not run webinars, events or RevOps.
- Clutch says it started in 2013, and LinkedIn says 2021.
- Its client logos are early-stage SaaS brands. That fits its focus, but it gives less proof to a later-stage buyer.
Best for startups and scale-ups with little in-house marketing that want a packaged department at a fixed price.
4. Blend
| At a glance | Blend |
|---|---|
| HQ | Reading (Caversham), with a second office in Georgia, US |
| Best for | Mid-market and private-equity-backed companies that run on HubSpot |
| Model | Retainer with a growth consultant, weekly calls and quarterly reviews. The whole team is in-house |
| Typical monthly fee | Not published |
| Scope | Paid media, ABM, content, creative, video, websites, RevOps and HubSpot setup |
Blend has the longest history on this list. It started in 2010 and has about 48 staff. One in-house team runs all its services, and it uses no freelancers. Its clients include Amazon, Robin Radar, Viedoc, Breathe, Allica Bank and DrDoctor.
HubSpot is at the centre of Blend's work. It is a HubSpot Diamond Partner with eight HubSpot Impact Awards, and it holds ISO 27001.
What it does well.
- One team builds the website, sets up HubSpot and runs demand, so you do not manage three agencies.
- Its US office helps companies that sell in both the UK and the US.
- Its HubSpot skills are proven, at Diamond tier with eight Impact Awards.
What to weigh.
- Blend has no Clutch profile and about 3,700 LinkedIn followers, which is little third-party proof for an agency of its age.
- Its work centres on HubSpot, so it is a weaker fit for a company on Salesforce.
- Its pricing page says it is "not the cheapest option" and gives no figures.
- It focuses on mid-market and PE-backed companies, so an early-stage company is outside that focus.
Best for mid-market and PE-backed B2B companies on HubSpot that want HubSpot, the website and demand from one team.
5. Ledger Bennett
| At a glance | Ledger Bennett |
|---|---|
| HQ | London (Havas Village, King's Cross), with offices in Oakland and Chicago |
| Best for | Enterprise and upper mid-market companies with large media budgets |
| Model | Agency programmes, plus staff placed in client teams through its Fluid Talent service |
| Typical monthly fee | Not published. Clutch lists a $25,000 minimum project size |
| Scope | Strategy, creative, development, five types of paid media, embedded staff |
Ledger Bennett is the only agency on this list with an independent ranking for demand generation. In B2B Marketing's 2026 benchmark, it came second among UK demand generation specialists for the second year in a row, and third overall.
It started in 1985, and Havas bought it in February 2024. It now works from Havas Village in King's Cross, with the Havas media network behind it. Its clients include GE Digital, GE Vernova, Canon, Trend Micro and John Crane.
What it does well.
- It ranks second among UK demand generation specialists, two years in a row.
- It uses the buying power of the Havas media network.
- It runs five types of paid media in-house, including trade media and pay per lead.
What to weigh.
- The $25,000 minimum on Clutch is above most Seed to Series C budgets.
- It is part of a holding company. Some scale-ups avoid that, and some enterprises require it.
- Its Clutch profile has no reviews, and its own site gives no headcount, start year or head office.
Best for enterprise and upper mid-market companies with budgets above the $25,000 Clutch minimum.
6. Transmission
https://transmissionagency.com
| At a glance | Transmission |
|---|---|
| HQ | London, with offices in San Francisco, New York, Dallas, Sydney, Singapore, Delhi and Wrocław |
| Best for | Global enterprise technology, finance and professional services brands |
| Model | Integrated brand and demand programmes across eight offices |
| Typical monthly fee | Not published |
| Scope | ABX, paid media, creative, content, digital experiences, growth consulting |
Transmission calls itself the largest independent B2B marketing agency in the world. It has more than 250 staff in eight offices, and it came eighth overall in B2B Marketing's 2026 UK benchmark.
In January 2025, Transmission bought Earnest, a creative agency in London and New York. It won three awards at The Drum B2B Awards 2025, for JCB Europe, Qualcomm and AutoStore. It holds ISO 27001, and also ISO 42001, a certification for AI management.
What it does well.
- It has more scale than any other agency on this list, and Microsoft is a client.
- Earnest added creative skills that most demand agencies do not have.
- ISO 42001 helps with the AI questions that enterprise procurement teams ask.
What to weigh.
- It does not publish prices, and it has no Clutch profile.
- Its case studies are at the scale of Microsoft, Qualcomm and AutoStore, so its fit for a mid-market company is hard to judge.
- One source says it started in 2013 and another says 2009. Its own site does not say.
Best for global enterprise technology brands that need ABX, creative and media across many regions from one independent agency.
How to choose the right B2B demand generation agency
Use these six checks on every agency you talk to, including the agencies on this list.
- Start with the work after the click. Ask which steps the agency owns after someone clicks an ad. Pipeline depends on the landing page, the CRM workflow, the email follow-up and the sales handoff.
- Find out who does the weekly work. Ask for the name of the person who will work in your ad accounts and CRM. Check that the same person joins your Slack and your sales meetings.
- Check what the fee covers. Some retainers cover paid media and content only. Webinars and executive dinners then need a second supplier, a second plan and a second report.
- Match the agency to your stage. A team of one to three marketers needs people who do the work. A global enterprise needs an agency that manages programmes across many regions.
- Look for proof in your category. Ask for case studies with pipeline numbers from companies like yours. Then speak to one of those clients.
- Compare the terms as well as the fee. Check the minimum term and the notice period. Also check who owns the ad accounts and the CRM data if you leave.
What we could not verify
- Blend, Ledger Bennett and Transmission do not publish prices. Some third-party sites give estimates, but none name a source, so we did not use them.
- Rocket SaaS's start year and size. Clutch and LinkedIn give different figures for both.
- Transmission's start year. Insider London says 2013, and an agency list by Polaris says 2009.
- Ledger Bennett's head office. Its contact page lists London first, and Crunchbase gives Milton Keynes.
- Blend's HubSpot tier. Its site shows Diamond, and a 2021 Blend post says it reached Elite.
- The headcount of Ledger Bennett and Transmission. Both publish ranges, and LinkedIn and Clutch disagree.
Final thoughts
The right agency depends on your stage, your team and how much of the work you want to hand over. The UK has good options at each level, from a packaged marketing department to global enterprise programmes.
For a B2B SaaS company from Seed to Series C, ToJupiter is a strong place to start. Its senior operators work inside your Slack, CRM and ad accounts. One monthly fee covers paid media, webinars, executive dinners and the work after the click.
Each of the other five agencies fits a different need. Rocket SaaS sells a packaged department at a fixed price. Gripped runs SEO and paid media together, with an account manager. Blend suits a HubSpot rebuild, and Ledger Bennett and Transmission have the scale for global programmes.
